Deposit

A deposit is required to confirm the booking, and should have been made from 4 weeks to 2 weeks before the photo/video shooting day. It is necessary to prepare for the shooting session.
The electronic invoice will be generated and sent back to the client as a confirmation of booking.

There are 3 amounts of deposits:

  • For the standard job under 600€, the deposit will be 150€
  • For the advanced job around 1000€, the deposit will be 350€
  • For other specific projects that are over 1000€, please get in touch with me! The number will be around 30-35% of total payment.

(In case of booking cancellation, 100€ will be taken as a fee if the cancellation is one week before the shooting date, other it will be fully refunded)

DEPOSIT

Payment and
Product Delivery

For the payment, if the client pays by card or banking transfer, the payment will be made after the demo of the work is sent to the client. After the final payment, all the final work will be sent to the client. Raw footage is only provided upon request.

If the client pays in cash, the payment needs to be done right after the shooting session. Note that I will receive payment in cash only if the job is below 2000€.

The delivery time of the work depending on the season, will be around 1 week to 1 month after the shooting date. Quick delivery only if it is demanded with additional cost.

Production Expense

For projects that require travel, all the invoices including travel expenses, accommodation, and meals, during the project will be collected and need to be reimbursed after the shooting date.
