About Love
Initially, I had some ideas for a Christmas-themed short film set in Venice for the year-end. And, two friends enthusiastically volunteered to participate, but then the storyline transformed into a romantic couple narrative.
But it is the timeless truth that love is the force that unites people. When falling in love with the person like enjoying a dance, the connection goes beyond physical steps, resonating with the intertwining of souls, forming an enduring, unbreakable bond.
It is already the new year now, may everyone find love and companionship as you are looking. This journey may involve challenges, time, and perseverance, but the rewards make it all worthwhile. May love to find you, and may we all dance through 2024 with joy and fulfilment…
Wishing each of you a 2024 filled with love and happiness…

The Serenity of New Beginnings
Visiting temples and pagodas during the Lunar New Year Festival is a cherished tradition that embodies the spirit of seeking prosperity, absolving past transgressions, and embracing a new beginning. My recent visit to Vietnam during this festive season was a time of profound gratitude, as I had the privilege of immersing myself in the customs of my homeland and experiencing the serenity that comes with the dawn of a new year.
As the first rays of sunlight illuminated the city, I began my journey, meandering through the bustling streets before visiting some temples. This year, I had a chance to visit Dia Tang Phi Lai Pagoda, a sacred shrine renowned for its timeless beauty and spiritual significance. Accompanied by friends adorned in traditional Vietnamese long dresses, I was struck by the harmonious blend of architecture and attire, creating a sense of tranquility, purity, and comfort.
And as I gazed upon the intricate details of the Pagoda, I was reminded of the importance of forgiveness and renewal in our lives. I made my wishes not just for myself but also for my loved ones, acquaintances, and those in need of happiness and well-being. It is something I usually do every time I make a wish. The atmosphere was one of peace and reverence, permeating my soul with a sense of gratitude and serenity that I hope will always remain within me in the future...

A Love Story
This photo album captures the beautiful love story of a Vietnamese couple brought together by fate. Though they studied at the same high school, their paths never crossed, until years later. The groom had moved to Finland for work, but a vacation back to Vietnam changed everything. There, he met the bride, and their connection blossomed as they discovered their shared past.
To celebrate their love, they chose the enchanting city of Venice for their pre-wedding photoshoot, fulfilling the bride’s dream of capturing their romance in one of the world’s most iconic and timelessly romantic destinations. Among Venice’s winding canals, historic architecture, and soft, golden light, their love story comes alive—an inspiring tale of serendipity, devotion, and the magic of love.

Launch ceremony
The launch ceremony at Malpensa Airport’s Terminal 1 was attended by the Vice President of Vietnam, Võ Thị Ánh Xuân, along with Italian and regional officials, including representatives from Regione Lombardia, SEA, and the airport management. With this new route, Vietnam Airlines becomes the 30th Southeast Asian carrier operating at Malpensa, confirming the airport’s strategic role as a hub for long-haul flights to Asia.
Passenger traffic between Milan and Asia has exceeded 3 million in recent years, up 24% from 2023, and is expected to grow further with the new Milan–Hanoi connection. Regional leaders highlighted Lombardy’s strong ties with Vietnam, built through academic, business, and environmental cooperation, and reinforced by agreements signed during a 2023 mission to Hanoi.

La Tourette
I was journeying to explore one of Le Corbusier’s most iconic works of modern architecture – La Tourette. Located in the charming town of Éveux, just 20km west of Lyon, La Tourette is a stunning example of Le Corbusier’s architectural genius. Wandering through this masterpiece, I was struck by its clean lines, bold forms, and striking use of light and shadow.
The building was designed in the 1950s as a Dominican monastery, reflecting Le Corbusier’s commitment to functionalism and modernism. Its simple, minimalist design is elegant and efficient, with every element carefully considered to enhance the living experience of the monks who reside there.
One of the most striking features of La Tourette is its use of concrete, which is used both structurally and decoratively throughout the building. The rough, textured surfaces of the concrete walls provide a beautiful contrast to the smooth, polished surfaces of the floors and ceilings.
Exploring this stunning structure, it was a pleasure to meet a fellow architecture enthusiast from Japan who shared my passion for exploring beautiful buildings and structures. This is a journey of architectural exploration and discovery, and discover the timeless beauty of Le Corbusier’s La Tourette…
