>/ The Serenity of New Beginnings
Visiting temples and pagodas during the Lunar New Year Festival is a cherished tradition that embodies the spirit of seeking prosperity, absolving past transgressions, and embracing a new beginning. My recent visit to Vietnam during this festive season was a time of profound gratitude, as I had the privilege of immersing myself in the customs of my homeland and experiencing the serenity that comes with the dawn of a new year.
As the first rays of sunlight illuminated the city, I began my journey, meandering through the bustling streets before visiting some temples. This year, I had a chance to visit Dia Tang Phi Lai Pagoda, a sacred shrine renowned for its timeless beauty and spiritual significance. Accompanied by friends adorned in traditional Vietnamese long dresses, I was struck by the harmonious blend of architecture and attire, creating a sense of tranquillity, purity, and comfort.
And as I gazed upon the intricate details of the Pagoda, I was reminded of the importance of forgiveness and renewal in our lives. I made my wishes not just for myself but also for my loved ones, acquaintances, and those in need of happiness and well-being. It is something I usually do every time I make a wish. The atmosphere was one of peace and reverence, permeating my soul with a sense of gratitude and serenity that I hope will always remain within me in the future...

>/ Whispers of Autumn
Another year is coming to an end, with its challenges, its small achievements, and everything in between. But among all of that, there are certain places where I always find a little peace away from daily life. Forte Marghera is one of them, especially in late autumn. It’s quiet, like a final whisper before winter arrives, gentle, meaningful, and beautifully still, before nature rests and blooms again in spring. I often come here to relax, take photos of the cats, play with them for a moment, and simply enjoy the tranquillity of this place. And this year, I can finally take an autumn photo album, as I have had this idea for a while. I couldn’t have done it without the help of a new friend, a big thank you to her.

>/ La Tourette
I was journeying to explore one of Le Corbusier’s most iconic works of modern architecture – La Tourette. Located in the charming town of Éveux, just 20km west of Lyon, La Tourette is a stunning example of Le Corbusier’s architectural genius. Wandering through this masterpiece, I was struck by its clean lines, bold forms, and striking use of light and shadow.
The building was designed in the 1950s as a Dominican monastery, reflecting Le Corbusier’s commitment to functionalism and modernism. Its simple, minimalist design is elegant and efficient, with every element carefully considered to enhance the living experience of the monks who reside there.
One of the most striking features of La Tourette is its use of concrete, which is used both structurally and decoratively throughout the building. The rough, textured surfaces of the concrete walls provide a beautiful contrast to the smooth, polished surfaces of the floors and ceilings.
Exploring this stunning structure, it was a pleasure to meet a fellow architecture enthusiast from Japan who shared my passion for exploring beautiful buildings and structures. This is a journey of architectural exploration and discovery, and discover the timeless beauty of Le Corbusier’s La Tourette…

>/ La Notte Di Venezia
Since moving to Venice, night photography has become more than just a hobby for me. It’s a kind of therapy, a tranquil and personal time to be surrounded by the beauty of this city.
These late-night walks give me space to reflect on my life or my plans. Some are unfolding, some are still uncertain, but what matters is that I keep moving forward, always embracing any chance for growth and improvement.
Even during challenging times, Venice is always here, and I can always step outside, wander through the quiet streets, and find peace behind my camera lens.
