Tra & Jan Wedding
In a chapter of my life characterized by ambiguity and struggle, I met Tra and Jan quite serendipitously. They graciously opened their home to host me during those wandering days. Knew them as a couple from before, and I always held hope for their enduring togetherness.
However, Tra was quite worried about their relationship when Jan didn’t propose yet even though they have been together for a long enough time. I reassured Tra, suggesting that perhaps Jan awaited the perfect moment, ensuring every aspect of their impending marriage was meticulously prepared.
Following my escapade, destiny reunited me with Venice, where the heartwarming news unfurled: Jan had popped the question, and a wedding was on the horizon. Opting for an intimate wedding, they took it upon themselves to orchestrate the event. And they entrusted me with capturing their cherished moments as their videographer.
I feel so happy for them when they found each other in a foreign country, being expats who live far away from home. They are making their home here, in Italy. But actually, their home isn’t about the location, it is where they are with each other. Hope they will be happy together and enjoy every moment they have…

The Misty Day in Venice
During certain phases of life, we may find ourselves navigating through a period of walking in the mist, uncertain of our current position or what the future holds. The attempt to clear out the uncertainties often adds unnecessary stress. Instead, consider a more relaxed approach, allowing yourself to savour the present moment, view situations from different perspectives, and make some preparations for the future… or perhaps prepare nothing at all.
Life is inherently mysterious and filled with surprises, trying to complete control often results in more deviations…
It can be likened to the city of Venice, which, despite its inherent magnificence, on a day still is the veiling of mist. Just as the mist does not diminish Venice’s beauty, though momentarily covered, retains its inherent beauty. And it is how the future comes, exercise patience, for another day, will inevitably arrive, bringing clarity to the future path.
And it is best to have someone to be a companion during that time, just like my two friends…
